Warp 9 Launches SoftballWarehouse.com E-Commerce Site

Current Client Brings Another Business to the Warp 9 Platform

November 9, 2006 - Santa Barbara, CA - Warp 9, Inc. (OTCBB: WNYN), the premier provider of robust e-commerce platforms and services for the catalog and retail industry, announced that Softball Warehouse, the industry leader in softball equipment and training gear, launched their new e-commerce website on the Warp 9 Internet Commerce System ("ICS").

Softball Warehouse brings extensive experience in delivering baseball and softball products to players throughout the country. The new site, SoftballWarehouse.com, is owned by the same parent company as BaseballWarehouse.com, a current Warp 9 client.

Based on the accelerated growth of the BaseballWarehouse.com website after moving to the Warp 9 ICS, the decision was made to launch a new and separate site -- SoftballWarehouse.com -- for the rapidly growing world of fast-pitch softball.

By deploying both sites on the Warp 9 ICS, SoftballWarehouse.com and BaseballWarehouse.com were able to fully integrate their backend operations. Both online stores were able to leverage the same product database and inventory management tools, while maintaining their own unique look and feel. SoftballWarehouse.com utilizes many of the features in the Warp 9 system to specifically market the softball products differently than the BaseballWarehouse.com site. This allows product descriptions, category structure, and content to be uniquely catered to each audience. The result is two sites with totally different frontend capability, but with a single backend for streamlined management.

The first is a customized glove builder, with over a million possible combinations, which allows a player to create a unique glove just like the pros. The second is a "shop-by-position" search tool, which allows a player to search for equipment based on the position that he or she plays.
